Günter Schlienz - Collage Tristes
I just heard an older album by this guy on Sacred Phrases and this came along in the same week. A new one on Was Ist Das?, it's a gorgeous two-track release of blissful meditative drones. Each one features mini-sequences of sound that take you in different sonic directions. 

you and me - beast diaries
New Áine O'Dwyer! It's billed as a "compilation of Guerrilla performances", which I love. Organ playing, wild and restrained, solo singing, field recordings and more, it's a hugely varied release that was recorded in England, France, Bosnia and the Netherlands.

spaceship - the imagined view, as yet unblighted EP
This is an EP that will precede an album, the album being called simply The Imagined View. It's by Mark Williamson aka Spaceship, the guy behind Harmonic Union, linked to the spoopy village of Hookland. As above, it was recorded in a variety of spaces, and blends ambient field recordings with drawn out sci-fi synths. 

anthéne - Monument Echo
More ambient here, this time from Toronto. The cover's got a sheep on it. Quiet synth and guitar work that gently builds and fades away.

House of Sound Podcast 016 by Ario (Astral Industries)
Double whammy from Astral Industries here. First up is the label's next release, a gorgeous body of work that comes with no info and an unintelligible Facebook update. Four tracks of maudlin instrumental synth work that I would love to be able to create. Its creators are Chris Troy and Rod Modell, the latter of whom is more famous as Deepchord. Next is a mix from label boss Ario, whose work I featured before - strictly ambient vibes.
