Neglect is an artist based in Tucson, Arizona. It’s hard to pin him down, as at times he makes sounds that are deep and dubby, as JMV, at others he makes reflective ambient as Neglect. For Bandcloud he’s offered an hour of drifting wonder.

The mix opens with ‘I Only Have Eyes For You’ by The Flamingos, sampled by Fugees for their track ‘Zealots’ in 1996, and brilliantly covered by Laryssa Kim in 2019 (as featured in Bandcloud 278). It moves through other Bandcloud favourites including Jake Muir, wzrdryAV and Roméo Poirier. While he could not have known it, I used the House in the Woods track he features in a mix back in 2014. All in all it’s safe to say it’s right up my street and I hope it’s up yours too.
