Good morning. Or afternoon or whatever. Bumper edition today because why not.

Helena Celle - If I Can't Handle Me at My Best, Then You Don't Deserve You at Your Worst
Lurching dank techno from Helena Celle, who previously featured here as Rick Ross.
Umchunga - Should Have Been Done By Now
This is a beautiful album from an artist whose name was inspired by a Mira Calix track. It's on Hibernate, the label that brought you We Love Ambient, and it comes from Tehran-based producer Nima Pourkarimi. Lengthy, swooping wistful passages, a sense of hopeless longing imbued in every moment.
Aleksi Perala - The Colundi Sequence Level 12
I first heard of this guy when I saw him play at CTM earlier this year. The Colundi Sequence is an alternative to the standard heptatonic scales we know so well, built around 128 resonant frequencies. This release is the 12th in an ongoing series, and moves between techno and ambient modes, interpolating gamelan sounds and so forth. Hefty yet weightless.
Lee Bannon - Pattern of Excel
Following the epic bombast of Main/Flex last year comes a more gentle body of work from Mr Bannon. Equally intriguing, it somehow ended up streaming on the Wall Street Journal. Huh. Apparently he worked on it with BC fave Kara-Lis Coverdale, furthering our interest. It's great.
Percival Pembroke - A Course In The Theory Of Drones
I'm always learning, always willing to learn, and this course in the theory of drones is perfect for the budding drone fan like me. Simply gorgeous material.
Vezzen - Wooden Temple
More hazy, woozy sounds. You know how it is.
Hardworking Families - Worse Than A Stranger
I'm hoping this moniker is ironic. Anyway. Don't Drone Alone is a new label based in Leeds - "we are trying to foster a community of loud monoliths" they say on their Twitter account. This two-track release comes from clank wizard Tom Bench, who ~plays~ bicycle bells, floorboards and whatnot to bring you this odd collection of sounds. Track two ('Paternoster') sounds like a particularly heavy DIY session.
Dean Driscoll - Intergalactic Acid For The Cosmonauts (all vinyl mix)
Wonderful mix from Berlin-based gent Dean Driscoll. I listened twice in a row it's so good. Perfect title too, lots of spacey electro-tinged acid techno. If you ask him nicely, he'll even ID tracks for you.
natashakmeto - Come and Say
Natasha has some chops. Is she moving into pop territory? Does 'pop' mean anything? Do these questions matter? This song is dope.
Leisureware — No Kicks Mix
This is a divine mix from Leisureware, the title referring to beats, not sneaks. If you liked Naptunes or the Spool's Out mix, or the gently ambient stuff that features here on a weekly basis, you'll love this. Dancing synths and rainy moods come together to lull your senses.
strië — Untitled 1956 ▰ Struktura album
Really beautiful hazy shakey piece of abstract wonder from Iden Reinhart, aka Strië. Each track on the release takes its name from a piece of abstract art - specifically which, I cannot say. This is wonderful stuff.
Delphine Dora — Frank Janiurek/Aine O'Dwyer/Delphine Dora - untitled
A wonderful coming together of found sound and crashing noise and chilling harmonies, recorded in tunnels and outside in London earlier this month. Discussion follows music.
DIAGONAL — DIAG023 EVOL 'Flapper That'
What the hell is going on here, I don't even know. I'm into it, I'll say that much.
Coco&Pura - finally, melted like butter
I think this is a mix? It's only 14 minutes long though.
Ștefana Frățilă & Diana Miron DUO MODE | live set @A2
Two artists go head to head in Bucharest, resulting in superb improvised electronics.

Hope that's not too much for you to take in.
All the best,
